Size reduction equipment manufacturer looking for an energetic and well spoken inside parts and customer service specialist. Performs a variety of sales, customer service, and documentation requirements. Responsible for handling incoming calls and emails, send out quotes, entering orders using company's CRM system, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Take incoming calls and emails
• Send quotes and enter orders
• Match equipment with customer applications.
• Relationship Management
• Work within our CRM System
• Respond to incoming leads and assign to regional managers
• Run trials in our test lab
• Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:

Applicant should have at least a 2-4 year college education, good computer skills, have a mechanical aptitude, be a good communicator and be a motivated, self-starter.

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

Work setting:

• In-person
