Bilingual Bangladesh/English Customer Service
Pay $25/hr
•Provide assistance to cab drivers at a walk-up service window.
•Assist customers from diverse backgrounds.
•A friendly and professional demeanor.
•Ability to explain the same answers to repetitive questions in multiple ways.
•Willing to become a Subject Matter Expert.
•Develop business relationships with key clients.
•Out of the boxer thinker willing to create new methods and projects.
•Exceptional computer skills.
•High attention to detail.
•Identify trends related to service requests and proactively seek out solutions.
•The ability to multi-task and stay organized.
•Follow up skills.
•Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work quickly under pressure.

•Ability to create training materials via screen capture video and strong writing skills
•Contribute to weekly executive reporting
•Key Performance Indicators
